*We Shall collaborate with UNIDEL- Immigration*
The Divisional lmmigration Officer( DlO) of lka South Local Government Area of Delta State, Mrs J.A Mbibi Michael has assured the Management of University of Delta Agbor of collaboration in order to contribute meaningfully to internal peace in the University environment.
The DIO stated that beside familiarizing the service with the management team, it was pertinent to inform the Vice Chancellor of its functions, which among others include the monitoring of illegal immigrants.
While commending the Vice Chancellor for the speedy growth of the institution within a short time, Mrs Mbibi reiterated her staff continued quest to ensure the regulation of persons entering and leaving the University campuses.
Responding, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke appreciated the immigration team for the visit.
She said the staff and students in the three campuses will continue to be law abiding and ensure that no illegal immigrant resident in the institution.
The Vice Chancellor later presented souvenirs to the immigration officers.
