The Management of University Of Delta, Agbor has been described as a serious minded team keen on transforming the University to an enviable level.
The Team leader of the Architects Registration Council Of Nigeria (ARCON) Arc. Prof Joseph Ahiamba who made the assertion during an advisory visit to the University said he was equally overwhelmed with the pace of development in the young institution.
Arc. Ahiamba said based on the report he read about the Department of Architecture in the University he was convinced beyond all reasonable doubt that the department was ripe for accreditation.
He commended the management and staff of the University for their contributions toward the provision a conducive learning environment for the students.
Responding, the Vice Chancellor University of Delta, Agbor. Professor Stella Chiemeke who was represented by the Registrar, Barrister Richmond Omagbemi thanked the Architects Registration Council for approving the advisory visit.
Professor Chiemeke said all hands were on deck to ensure a successful and fruitful advisory visit by ARCON.
The team leader, Prof. Ahiamba was accompanied on the visit by the Secretary Arc. Dr. Solomon Ayo-odifiri, and Arc. Charles Njoagwuani, a former ARCON representative for Delta State between 2018-2021.
