ROTARY CLUB HONOURS UNIDEL VC

The Rotary Club of Asaba Diplomat, on Thursday,5th October, 2023, honoured the Vice Chancellor of UNIDEL, Prof. Stella Chiemeke with Distinguished Vocational Service Award in recognition of her  service to humanity.

The President of the Club, Rtn. Tesi Prince Edesiri (JP) said Prof. Stella Chiemeke had been a source of motivation and inspiration to many Nigerians.

Responding, Prof Stella Chiemeke said it was quite inspiring to be so ennobled with such honour. She described Rotary Club as a credible humanitarian organization that has impacted the global community with  uncommon programmes and services. She thanked the immediate past President of the Club, Rtn. Clifford Osahenye and the new President, Rtn. Tesi Prince Edesiri for finding her worthy of such prestigious award.

She wished Rtn. Edesiri a fruitful and impactful tenure that would showcase more development and executed projects in the annals of the Club

Earlier, Rtn. Clifford Osahenye briefed the Vice Chancellor on the numerous activities of the club which included execution of projects in their immediate environment. The projects included distribution of learning materials to various schools in Delta State.
