*JUPEB Is Gaining Momentum ln UNIDEL - Dr. Mormah*

The Director of Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board( JUPEB), University of Delta Agbor, Dr. Felicia Mormah has said that the program was gaining popularity at the Institution following the drastic increase of population strength.

Dr. Mormah disclosed this during the orientation/ training exercise organized for students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

She stated that UNIDEL has been provided with good equipment and facilities for the successful running of the program which has become an alternative route for students to gain admission into 200 Level courses without taking the JAMB examination.

She disclosed that students who complete the JUPEB program could gain admission into UNIDEL or other universities.

She enjoined the students to take the program seriously as JUPEB has zero tolerance for Indiscipline, indolence and examination mal-practice.

The resource person Mr. Prayer Abraham lectured the students on registration procedures, University policies and students' academic expectations.

The students in separate interviews with UNIDEL Media, expressed gratitude to the University Management for providing the necessary atmosphere for learning to take place.

They said they were happy to participate in the program in UNIDEL and cannot wait to commence the University degree program.
