Prof. Chiemeke Tasks Nigerian Students on Discipline, Time Management*


Students in higher institutions have been charged to follow ethical principles governing their stay on campus and manage their time effectively in order to obtain excellent results.

The Vice Chancellor of University of Delta Agbor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke gave the charge while declaring opened, the 2023/2024 student's week at the 1000 Capacity Hall.

Prof. Chiemeke commended the student's body for starting the student's week with prayers, worship and praise as well as ministration.
While stressing the importance of beginning any journey with God, the Vice Chancellor enjoined the students to always pray for the academic success of all programmes being run in the institution.

"I am happy to witness this event. As students of this institution, it is our earnest prayers that you all graduate at the right time with good grades. I therefore urge you to take your studies seriously. Set your priorities and follow them holistically."

In opening address, the Student Union Government (SUG) president, comrade Ojei Akibor thanked the management team for creating peaceful academic environment for both staff and students.

He said the students would continue to take their studies seriously and shun all unethical behaviours and conducts.
