Accreditation: UNIDEL Commends NUC Officials For Being Proactive
The Vice Chancellor of University of Delta Agbor, Prof Stella Chiemeke has praised the officials of National Universities Commission (NUC) for ensuring that the on-going accreditation exercise in the institution records huge success.
Prof. Chiemeke gave the commendation on Tuesday, 21st November, 2023 when she hosted a delegation of NUC officials from Abuja.
The Vice Chancellor stated that she was pleased with the manner at which the officials started the exercise on arrival at the University and appreciated them for accepting the accreditation assignment.
She also gave kudos to the NUC for its tremendous contribution towards the growth of UNIDEL and other Nigerian Universities.
The leader of the delegation, Mrs lmana Eleso said that the accreditation exercise was a peer review of documents and materials on ground and thanked the Management for their hospitality.
With the Vice Chancellor to receive the NUC delegation were the Registrar Barrister Richmond Omagbemi, the Bursar Mr Sunny Ikeogwu and the Librarian Dr (Mrs ) Vera Okonoko. Others were the Director of Academic planning Dr A. O Ukpene and the HOD of Home Economics Prof. Mbah P.
