We Are Ready For The Best Matriculation Ceremony - Dr. Charles Agha.
The chairman of the organizing committee for the 2024/ 2025 matriculation ceremony which holds tomorrow, 8th November, 2024 Dr. Charles Agha has said that University of Delta Agbor will witness a unique and colourful event.
Dr. Agha who made the assertion in an interview with UNIDEL Media, in Agbor said members of the committee have been working assiduously to ensure the success of the ceremony.
I am glad to inform the University Community and the general public that UNIDEL is set to witness the best matriculation ceremony and after the exercise, be rest assured that other universities will emulate us.
The venue is already wearing a new look. There is excitement in the air as beautiful decorations and necessary arrangements have changed the atmosphere”.
We are improving upon what we did last year. At the matriculation venue which is the Institution mini campus, seating arrangements have been put in place.
On security and control of traffic, Dr. Agha noted that a series of meetings have been held and the subcommittees assigned various duties.
For the traffic control, we have over thirty staff that would be in charge with their reflective jacket already handed over to them.
They are expected to control the inflow and outflow of vehicular movement as every car has a designated parking point”.
For security concerns, he stated that the campus security committee, the police and the military would work in collaboration to ensure that peace and order prevailed during the ceremony.
He commended the University Management for giving the committee the necessary support to deliver on it’s mandate.
The chairman also thanked the members of the committee for their commitment and dedication so far.
