*Aim For First Class, Dr. B. U Okoh Charges Year One Students.*

The Head of Religion and Human Relations Department, Faculty of Arts, University of Delta Agbor, Dr. ( Mrs) B. U Okoh has charged students to lay a good academic foundation and work towards making first class.

Dr. ( Mrs) Okoh gave the charge during the orientation exercise for the newly admitted students in the department.

She said it was important for the students to start their year one with good grades to enable them obtain the best as they progress.

She urged them to plan well, manage their time wisely and place less emphasis on social activities.

Topics on Admission, Registration, C.A and Exams, Channels of Communication in the School were presented by Dr.( Mrs) J. N Osajie and Rev.Dr. O.U lsiorhovoja respectively.

Dr. ( Mrs) J.N Osajie and Dr. ( Mrs) F.N Okobia took the lectures on Discipline and Attendance and Dressing Code/Rules and Regulations.

The students expressed gratitude to the department for conducting the orientation.

They noted that they would apply all that they have been taught strictly .

The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. (Mrs) Caroline Ohen, who was represented by Dr. Amaechi Ehimatie lauded the staff for their commitment and contributions towards the growth of the faculty.

She admonished the students to be law abiding and to focus seriously on their study.

She stressed that the University has zero tolerance for indecent dressing, cultism and examination mal- practice.
