*NDDC Donates 150 Computer Sets To UNlDEL*
The
Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has donated 150 units of
desktop computers and power point of 15 UPS, to University of Delta
Agbor, as part of it's interventionist programme in promoting education
and technological development in the Niger-Delta.
Presenting
the items, Mr. Ukeje Ukeje of Vinergy Consult Limited said the donation
would among other things, enhance the learning experience for UNIDEL
students, providing them with access to modern technology and resources.
He stated that the donation would aid research and development initiatives of the University.
He
added that the computer sets would increase productivity among
students and staff, enabling them to complete tasks more effectively and
efficiently.
The Vice
Chancellor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke expressed gratitude to NDDC for the
donation and assured the Commission of judicious use of the items.
She commended NDDC for its commitment and contribution towards the development of education in the Niger Delta Region.
The
Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke in company of the Principal
Officers received the items alongside, the Dean of Law, Prof. Okubor and
the Head of Procurement, Mr. Christain Zaibe.
