You are on course -ITF Area Manager Tells UNIDEL VC
The Warri Area Manager of the Industrial Training Fund, ITF, Mr Esuene Otuaro, has applauded the successes recorded by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Delta, Agbor Prof, Stella Chiemeke since she took over the mantle of leadership at the institution.
Mr Otuaro who made the commendation when the Directors and Coordinators of Students Work Experience Scheme, SIWES in Delta state, paid her a courtesy visit today in Agbor thanked the VC for her magnanimity in accepting to host the SIWES quarterly meeting in the University.
He also expressed appreciation to the VC for the assistance rendered to the SIWES Director in the institution and appealed to her to provide a vehicle for the smooth administration of the program in the university.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof Stella Chiemeke, while responding to the Speech, said UNIDEL will continue to partner with ITF to ensure the success of the scheme in the university.
She noted the request presented to her and promised to act as soon as funds were made available, stressing that it was her heart desire to ensure that the purpose for which the programme was set up was realised .
The high point of the visit was the presentation of souvenirs by the Vice Chancellor to the ITF Warri Area Manager and his team.
