*UNIDEL VC Receives Award For Outstanding Leadership.*

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Delta Agbor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke has bagged an award for Professional Development from the Central Hospital Agbor.

The award was presented to her during the Christmas Nine Lessons and Carols held at Central Hospital Agbor .

Prof. Chiemeke who took the third lesson from the book of Isaiah 9: 2-7 appreciated the Hospital Management for finding her worthy to receive the award .

She said the University has been enjoying a strong partnership with the Hospital especially its contribution to the commencement of the medical programmes.

Professor Chiemeke used the occasion to felicitate with the Staff and Management of the hospital and wished them a joyous Christmas and a prosperous new year.

In an address, the Zonal Medical Director of the Central Hospital Agbor, Dr. Stanley Nnoli emphasised the importance of the Christmas season which, he described as a period of love, peace and reconciliation.

He encouraged everyone to use the season to reflect on their values and actions.

He thanked the staff of the hospital for their commitment and dedication to duties and charged them to strive for greater unity and cooperation in the coming year.

The event which was part of the hospital's annual Christmas celebrations featured a series of Bible readings, hymns, cultural dances and words of exhortation which highlighted the significance of the Christmas Season.
